TRAXON Europe’s CDMP is a web-based application and an intelligent tool for the performance management of air cargo processes. CDMP enables airlines to measure and improve performance in handling consignments on selected routes by analyzing the information flows across two dimensions of service quality:

• visibility, indicating the consistency of consignment and status processing between logistic partners;
• performance, measuring logistical achievements against scheduled milestones.

TRAXON CDMP provides real-time web-based reporting and easy-to-read graphical reports so that airlines receive accurate information identifying deviations from planned service levels. It is also a tool to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) which help shippers to rate their providers.
