TRAXON Message Quality Reports FWB/FHL for Forwarder
TRAXON Message Quality Reports FWB/FHL are offered to all freight forwarders which are interested to improve their FWB/FHL quality. The reports can be seen as an extension on detailed level to IATA MIP agent reports. The reports cover measurement of FWB and FHL,and show all FWBs and FHLs sent by a specific forwarder to each airline.
Advantages of receiving correct FWB/FHL data in advance of the physical document:
- Optimization of customer service, no longer receiving incorrect FWB/FHL data
- Reduction in customs fines caused by incorrect FWB/FHL data
Structure of the reports:
- Reporting date
- Report title
- CCS name
- Number of messages received through CCS (FWB/FHL)
- Number of messages rejected by CCS (syntax error)
- Number of messages rejected by airline through CCS (message error)
- Duplicate message count
Prerequisites:
FWBs and FHLs need to be exchanged via TRAXON Europe (directly or duplicated to TRAXON)
Reports available via channels:
Per default reports will be provided every month automatically to the dedicated email address(es). The customer needs to provide a recipient email address for the reports to be sent to.
Download is also possible via FTP channel or via automatic push to the dedicated server (setup and costs depending on customer requirements).
In order to benefit from the service, participants have to register for the TRAXON system or have to check with TRAXON sales staff if special arrangements between TRAXON and their CCS are possible.
