The third IATA World Cargo Symposium combines the theme of "Focus on the Customer" with the critical need for the cargo supply chain to operate and compete in increasingly turbulent times. Economic uncertainty prevails, together with escalation of fuel prices, new security requirements and environmental concerns.The 2009 World Symposium will focus on developing an industry agenda to tackle these questions.

The event will run as a four day exhibition, together with a two day high profile conference which will be located within the exhibition hall, giving delegates and speakers easy access to all exhibits.
The ACW World Air Cargo Awards Gala Dinner will take place on the evening of 13 May, and will enable exhibitors to meet with some 650 senior executives from the air cargo industry.
