TRAXON Europe becomes part of CHAMP Cargosystems
Dear Sir or Madam,
We are pleased to inform you that CHAMP has acquired TRAXON Europe, the specialist in electronic air cargo communications.
The combination of CHAMP’s leading solutions and TRAXON’s wide network will result in the most comprehensive suite of software and distribution services available in the market and will accelerate
initiatives such as e-freight, Cargo 2000 and global customs compliance.
The acquisition was accomplished through a share deal between CHAMP, Lufthansa Cargo and Air France, the majority shareholders of TRAXON Europe. TRAXON Europe is now a subsidiary of CHAMP and will
continue to operate under the TRAXON name.
Our combined force will have a positive impact on the industry, driving change, innovation and above all leadership, as well as stimulating growth for the combined group.
We shall provide further updates regarding the integration process, however for the time being both teams from CHAMP Cargosystems and TRAXON Europe remain at your service and all respective contacts
stay the same.
