VAN (Value-Added Network) Service: Transmission of ready-made messages for ICS and ECS
Forwarders send ready-made declaration messages to TRAXON Europe, and TRAXON Europe distributes the declarations to the respective customs authority. TRAXON ACC Europe serves as a gateway to each national customs system. The exchange of data takes place in the required customs format. Responses from customs will be sent back to the customer via TRAXON ACC Europe.

Entry Summary Declaration (ENS): Creation and transmission for ICS
Forwarders provide TRAXON with FWB and FHL messages for shipments into the EU. TRAXON ACC Europe does all validation checks, message translation and mapping according to national requirements. Once the ENS is completed, TRAXON ACC Europe distributes the message to the respective customs authority. If required by the customer, responses from customs will be translated by TRAXON ACC Europe and then sent back to the customer’s in-house system. This service is also available to customers currently using other local customs solutions but who are interested in being connected to multiple customs systems. In addition TRXDEC (TRXDEC = declaration, a specific message defined by TRAXON) can be used as a basis for ENS mapping in place of FWB and FHL.

Export Goods Declaration: Creation and transmission for ECS
Specific messages defined by TRAXON (TRXDEC = declaration) are sent to TRAXON. TRAXON ACC Europe does all the validation checks, message translation and mapping according to national requirements. The complete customs declaration is then distributed to customs via TRAXON ACC Europe. Responses from customs will be translated into one predefined message (TRXRES = response) before being returned. Also, Export Accompanying Documents (EADs) are provided to the customer.
