The new TRAXON Air Cargo Customs (ACC) Europe features value-added cargo communication that meets present and upcoming EU customs regulations today. TRAXON ACC Europe uses one exclusive gateway to all European customs authorities supporting electronic customs. It provides you with a simple and efficient service to meet all EU Import and Export Control System (ICS/ECS) requirements.
The right solution for every need
TRAXON ACC Europe offers different levels of service, tailored to suit various needs. TRAXON customers have a variety of options to choose from:
VAN (Value-Added Network) Service: Transmission of ready-made messages for ICS
Airlines send ready-made declaration messages to TRAXON Europe, and TRAXON Europe distributes the declarations to the respective customs authority. TRAXON ACC Europe serves as a gateway to each national customs system. The exchange of data takes place in the required customs format. Responses from customs will be sent back to the customer via TRAXON ACC Europe.
Entry Summary Declaration (ENS): Creation and transmission for ICS
Airlines provide TRAXON with FWB and FHL messages for shipments into the EU. TRAXON ACC Europe does all validation checks, message translation and mapping according to national requirements. Once the ENS is completed, TRAXON ACC Europe distributes the message to the respective customs authority. If required by the customer, responses from customs will be translated by TRAXON ACC Europe and sent back to the customer’s in-house system. This service is also available to customers currently using other local customs solutions but who are interested in being connected to multiple customs systems.
Diversion Request (DIV): Creation and transmission for ICS
In the case of international diversion, airlines provide TRAXON with FFM or Movement Messages for shipments into the EU. TRAXONACC Europe does the message translation and mapping according to national requirements. Once the Diversion Request is completed, TRAXON ACC Europe distributes the message to the respective customs authority. This service is also available to customers currently using other local customs solutions but who are interested in being connected to multiple customs systems.
Arrival Notification (ARN): Creation and transmission for ICS
Airlines provide TRAXON with FFM messages for shipments into the EU. TRAXON ACC Europe does message translation and mapping according to national requirements. Once the ARN is completed, TRAXON ACC Europe distributes the message to the respective customs authority. This service is also available to customers currently using other local customs solutions but who are interested in connection to multiple customs systems.
