With the new TRAXON ACC Europe export module, it is easy to meet EU customs requirements for airfreight and to lodge as simply as possible duty and security declarations for export.
One single customs gateway for shipper, forwarder and airline
The TRAXON ACC Europe export module is an EDI service which allows customers to connect and send export declarations to customs via TRAXON. By choosing this solution, you can benefit from TRAXON Europe as the single entry point to all European customs authorities which already support electronic customs and new security EU customs regulations.
Different options to choose from
TRAXON ACC Europe offers different service levels, which can be tailored to suit each client’s needs. You can choose between:
VAN (Value Added Network) Service
Ready-made declaration messages are sent to TRAXON Europe, which then distributes the declaration to respective customs authorities via TRAXON ACC Europe. TRAXON ACC Europe works as an exclusive gateway to each national customs system. The data is exchanged in the required customs format and responses from customs will be returned via TRAXON ACC Europe to the customer.
Creation and transmission of export customs declaration
Specific messages, defined by TRAXON (TRXDEC), are sent to TRAXON. TRAXON ACC Europe does all the validation checks, message translation and mapping according to national requirements. Missing information will be requested automatically via web forms. The complete customs declaration is then distributed to customs via TRAXON ACC Europe. Responses from customs will be translated into one predefined message (TRXRES) and then returned. This service is also available to customers currently using another local customs solution.
Provision of manifest information for export flights
Airlines send manifest information (FFM or FSU DEP) to TRAXON Europe and TRAXON ACC Europe distributes the information to the respective European customs system. This service is also available to other customs service providers who are interested in airline manifest data for completion of export processes.
